Equality is the soul of freedom
To talk about empowerment is to talk about gender equality.
When referring to women, we speak of female empowerment, as a process of inner questioning about the power and control over their own lives and enabling tools that allow them to be independent with equal opportunities in society.
Women face an ongoing challenge to close gender inequality gaps and achieve better working conditions.
By empowering women, from a very early age, it is possible to build much stronger economies, more just and stable societies.
Each of us can be an agent of change, mentoring a vulnerable girl or raising awareness about empowerment, in order to change women’s perception in society.
